The Executive Director will oversee and manage the Florida chapter and will litigate cutting-edge constitutional cases in the areas of economic liberty, free speech, private property rights and school choice in both state and federal courts in Florida and throughout the nation. IJ-Florida seeks an attorney with 5-7 years of litigation experience with excellent communication skills for potential high-profile media appearances and public speaking. The ideal candidate will also have an entrepreneurial spirit, a solid academic record, a passion for freedom, and a good sense of humor. Florida license and experience in Florida courts are a plus.
