With a 20-year track record of accomplishments, including several successful cases before the U.S. Supreme Court, IJ is seeking an energetic, entrepreneurial Executive Director to help build its newest chapter in Miami, Florida. The Executive Director will oversee and manage the Florida chapter and will litigate cutting-edge constitutional cases in the areas of economic liberty, free speech, private property rights and school choice in both state and federal courts in Florida and throughout the nation. IJ-Florida seeks an attorney with 5-7 years of litigation experience with excellent communication skills for potential high-profile media appearances and public speaking. The ideal candidate will also have an entrepreneurial spirit, a solid academic record, a passion for freedom, and a good sense of humor. Florida license and experience in Florida courts are a plus.
