We don't have parking but we offer special rates with the parking garages next to us starting from $109 to $150 monthly.*We have all the public transportation available around us (Metromover and Trolley which are free, bus and the train).The building was entirely renovated, all the units have vinyl floor, new paiting, central A/C , washer and dryer inside.We are quick approval and no bureaucracy.
