The items are used but have been well maintained and are in good to excellent condition. We were the only owners of the furniture. We are nonsmokers and have no pets, just in case someone has allergies. The pictures show a rug and small table accessories which are NOT included as part of the sale (I didn't want to confuse anyone). Cash only. We are in the South Miami area near to Sunset Place.
